1UP Fitness would like to invite Rx Individuals and Intermediate duo teams to take on our 1UP Winter Games one day competition. The 1UP Winter Games will feature 4 events in a 1 day live competition. All events will be held at 1UP Fitness in New Westminster. The events are designed to find the fittest in a broad range of movements and time domains to find the fittest on the day.

The Rx division will see common CrossFit Class or CrossFit Open weights and movements with some higher skill movements and heavier weights to test the more advanced level CrossFit athletes.
