About Us

1UP Fitness, Home of One United People CrossFit is a fitness facility (established in 2020) with the goal to provide people with the tools and knowledge to pursue their fitness and personal growth. We offer 1-hour classes for people of all ages and abilities with a wide range of workouts lead by a certified coach to train you properly. Our workouts include moments such as Olympic lifting (snatches, cleans, jerks..), long endurance workouts, and even gymnastics all inside our brand new 4,500 sqft facility. 1UP Fitness classes will be limited to 10 people with reserved space online through our website or phone app. Small class sizes allows our coaches to give each member lots of one on one instruction every class to ensure good movement patterns and understanding of our training methodology.

  If you are looking to get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it, come try a 1UP Fitness hour FOR FREE! It doesn't matter if you regularly workout or can barely get off the couch. CrossFit is designed to motivate and help EVERYONE!! You don't have to be fit to start! 

Training Expertise

Our free trial class will be lead by one of our certified coaches who will introduce you to our facility, explain some pillars of CrossFit methodology, and then guide you through a workout. You can expect in that hour to move through a warm up, be taught and work on some new skills/movements, and finish with an 8 minute workout! You'll be amazed how hard an 8 minute workout can be!Top of Form
